303 N. Glenoaks Plaza and Parking Structure
The new construction of a ten-story, 230,000 square foot office building, and a six-story concrete parking structure. The project features extensive use of Italian granite, a high-performance aluminum and glass curtain wall as well as a complete interior build out.

Department of Public Social Services and Parking Structure
The new construction of an 80,000 square foot office building with a steel moment frame using the Tru-Frame System. The exterior of the building is manufactured stone tile and high performance glass. The project also included the complete interior build-out and a design-build 500-car post-tensioned parking structure. This project was design-assist, fast-track delivery.
Bixby Knolls Office Park
The new construction of a 115,000 square foot, seven-story, steel frame office building in Long Beach.
Entertainment Partners
New construction of a 93,000 square-foot, design-assist headquarters building for Entertainment Partners, a production payroll, accounting, and casting company. The project includes 3.3 acres of site improvements and full tenant build-out, including large server rooms, conference center, and approximately 300 work stations.
Burbank Empire Center
The new construction of 240,000 square-foot, 3- and 4-story Class A office buildings, as Phase I of a new office building development plan. The design-build exterior is a combination of curtain walls and manufactured stone tile. Construction also included site improvements: utilities, landscape, irrigation, and parking.
