This project was a “buy American” project as all materials and components of the project were from the United States, including the all-granite and glass exterior skin. The structure is a 15-story steel moment frame including 11 stories (220,000 square feet) of office and 4 stories (212,000 square feet) of subterranean parking. The interior tenant spaces were built out by McCormick Construction for Montgomery Engineering, Operating Engineers Trust Fund, R.A. Rowan Real Estate, and Hunt-Ortman Law Offices.
