Gateway Plaza
The project is a Class A office building built using tilt-up concrete construction and internal steel framing. The finishes include high performance curtain wall and significant exterior hardscape, waterscape and landscaping.
Raytheon/Hughes E.D.S.G.
The project consisted of two, 6-story office buildings totaling 300,000 square feet. The project is also comprised of three levels of subterranean parking to accommodate 1,600 cars. The entire interior space was developed for Hughes E.D.S.G. on a design-build basis.
Department of Public Social Services and Parking Structure
The new construction of an 80,000 square foot office building with a steel moment frame using the Tru-Frame System. The exterior of the building is manufactured stone tile and high performance glass. The project also included the complete interior build-out and a design-build 500-car post-tensioned parking structure. This project was design-assist, fast-track delivery.
Burbank Empire Center
The new construction of 240,000 square-foot, 3- and 4-story Class A office buildings, as Phase I of a new office building development plan. The design-build exterior is a combination of curtain walls and manufactured stone tile. Construction also included site improvements: utilities, landscape, irrigation, and parking.
