The remodel of common areas for three buildings totaling 150,000 square feet including remodeling 18 large bathrooms, building façade upgrades, 8 new lobbies, new landscaping surrounding the building, and a new 22,000 square-foot courtyard located at the center of the project. All buildings and tenants remained open throughout construction. Additionally, McCormick remodeled a 22,000 square-foot spec suite.
