New construction of a 90,000 square foot, three-level building with 55,000 square feet of below-grade parking. The below-grade parking structure is a concrete structure with structural steel framed facilities above. Exterior skin consisted of glass block, porcelain panel, masonry, plaster, and glass. The facility includes administrative offices, separate locker rooms, a police communication data center, and holding cells.
