A renovation of a 75,000 square foot office building sub-divided into four quadrants, two of which were built out for Amazon and one for UBER. The base building upgrades included remodeling the existing large common area bathrooms, new exterior decks, grand entrance, new exterior façades on the north and south elevations, new landscaping surrounding the building and installing a new 3,000 amp electrical service.
