The renovation of a high-end Beverly Hills shopping complex including architectural and structural restoration while remaining fully occupied. Structural modification to an exposed bow truss system required the installation of additional structural columns which allowed the removal of roof area and opened up the courtyard. New plaster and tenant storefronts were installed throughout the interior passageways along with a Basalt stone skirt.
