This rehabilitation to existing loft condominiums consisted of common-wall and partition soundproofing, floor-to-floor soundproofing, exterior window and curtain wall weatherproofing, a new roofing system, and complete pointing and re-grouting of original exterior brick. The work was done while existing tenants maintained occupancy.
