The new construction of a three-story steel frame with a masonry exterior over a partial basement included the complete interior build-out of the facility. In addition to housing the Glendale Fire Department Headquarters, the technically advanced, state-of-the-art facility serves as the emergency communications headquarters and disaster center for the Verdugo Hills area in addition to serving Glendale, Burbank, and Pasadena. This highly sophisticated facility provides training facilities for all emergency personnel.
