The new construction of an 80,000 square foot office building with a steel moment frame using the Tru-Frame System. The exterior of the building is manufactured stone tile and high performance glass. The project also included the complete interior build-out and a design-build 500-car post-tensioned parking structure. This project was design-assist, fast-track delivery.
