Armand Hammer Museum of Art and Cultural Center

This concrete and steel structure was built in 18 months on a fast-track program and features two levels of the museum and support facilities. There are five galleries, an auditorium, a library, book stores, and a grand courtyard. Included in the construction project was the remodel and retrofit of the first 6 levels of the adjacent Occidental Petroleum headquarters building which remained in operation throughout the construction process.
