A 130,000 square-foot complete ground-floor renovation for the building’s owner, Montana Avenue Capital Partners. McCormick upgraded the lobby to an open-ceiling plan, installed new motorized glass doors, and built new restroom facilities including new tile, lights, walls, and fixtures. McCormick also built out a new exterior courtyard including concrete, architectural steel, wood deck structures, a custom fire pit, and new landscaping.
