A renovation and addition to the 45,000 square-foot radio broadcast facility including 21 radio broadcast studios with an (STC) rating of 55. Nine of the studios were to include video and television broadcast setups. Work also included the installation of 37 private offices, 75 cubicles, new conference rooms and kitchens, the upgrade of two existing server rooms, and the addition of a new server room, as well as exterior building modifications. The facility is home to KLOS, KABC, The Big Time, NBC Sports Radio and Zach Sang and the Gang.
