Office + Creative Spaces: North Naomi Corporate Headquarters

New construction of a 93,000 sf, three-story office building for Entertainment Partners, utilizing a structural steel moment frame, metal deck with concrete floor fill. The exterior closure uses a modified flexi-rock system, aluminum windows with energy efficient glass. Work also involved 3.3 acres of site improvements and full tenant build-out, including large server rooms, conference center, and approximately 300 work stations.
