The exterior is composed of smooth terra cotta colored block with a split-faced concrete block banding. The project also includes over 50,000 square feet of subterranean parking.

Department of Public and Social Services - 80,000 SF

This project was design-assist, fast-track delivery. The site conditions were very tight and the building was built to the existing lot line. The office building portion of the project is an 80,000 square foot steel moment frame using the Tru-Frame System. The exterior of the building is manufactured stone tile and high performance glass. The project also included the complete interior build-out for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services. The project also included a design-build 500-car post tensioned parking structure.

14,000 SF, two-story  medical suites which includes the diagnostic equipment for Newport Nuclear Medical Center, the Newport Metabolic Imaging Center and Cardio Testing Center.  The equipment includes MRI-Magneton 63 SP; X-Speed CT Scanner; Radiography Fluoroscopy Camera.  In addition to diagnostic equipment, it also includes Acuray Neurotron 100 U for treatment of cancer patients.
