Reconstruction of Motown Records offices on the lot due to fire.  Reconstruction of sound stages, dressing rooms and studio apartment suites on the lot.  1920’s vintage apartments, originally used by studio actors, were restored after a fire.  Much of the finish millwork was destroyed; therefore, an on-site mill was erected to make the crown moldings, casing, chair rail and base to match those of the 1920’s.
