Los Angeles-based real estate investment trust Hudson Pacific Properties has completed construction of Harlow, a new office building at Sunset Las Palmas Studios in Hollywood. The five-story building consists of 128,000 square feet of offices above a subterranean parking garage and boasts an open floor plan and a greenhouse-like exterior, opening onto a network of terrace decks and staircases.
