This project featured the complete remodel of Westfield’s headquarters including adding executive offices, conference rooms, a kitchenette, and human resources offices. The remodel included architectural millwork, glass and glazing, doors, and walls. The building was occupied throughout construction so work was completed in off-hours to avoid interruption of Westfield’s business activities.
The Wallace On Sunset (formerly Essex Hollywood) mixed-use project features a seven-story, 200-unit apartment building above two levels of subterranean parking. The renovation of this sanctuary included seismic retrofit and architectural restoration. McCormick Construction managed the upgrade of the acoustical and audio/visual systems as well as the redesign of the stage. This building is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
