2300 Empire + Parking Structure

Overview

2300 Empire is a 364,000 square foot, 7-story, Class “A,” LEED Gold Certified office building. The project features a design-build exterior curtain wall, a separate design-build parking structure with 1,334 parking stalls, a 600 KW Emergency Generator unit, a 39,250 gallon under building fire water tank with 1,000 GPM fire pump system, and 5,000 amp electrical service with associated trenching, conduits, transformers and cabling.  The building also includes an 870 ton Energy Lab HVAC system, MPOE room with associated conduits, wire, fiber, and cable.
