Nickelodeon Animation Studio + Parking Structure

Overview

This project creates a new five-story, 110,000 square foot production building and a new five-story, 450 car parking garage for Nickelodeon’s 25th Anniversary. This campus infill project is surrounded by tight urban constraints. The office building portion is a design-assist ConXtech moment frame. The exterior closure consists of a high-performance window wall, architectural white cement, and aggregate GFRC panels. The parking structure is a design-build precast double T system utilizing white cement and aggregate in the precast structural members to match the GFRC finish on the office building. The project includes a design-build media mesh system to display animation on the exterior of the building
