LINQ Phase II

Overview

This project features an 80,000 square foot former industrial warehouse building sub-divided into four quadrants, three of which are being built-out for technology clients. The scope of work for the interior of the facility includes completely gutting the interior spaces and building new demising walls, upgrading the electrical service, and constructing new core bathroom facilities, skylights, and a brand new main lobby area. Exterior renovations include constructing new Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant concrete ramps, an ipe wood deck, new exterior façades and door entries, updating the building with a fresh coat of paint, an upgraded roof, new landscaping and lighting, an upgraded fire system, and new parking lots and driveways.
