The business is family-owned and operated by brothers Michael and Steve McCormick who continue so set the standard for industry leadership their great-grandfather George began when he started in the company in 1914. The company remains committed to quality craftsmanship, on-time completions, and cost control: building relationships that inspire repeat business and passionate referrals. The company has been a leader in adopting progressive construction techniques and procedures while maintaining a hands-on management style. Specializing in general construction and construction management of mid- to high-rise commercial and institutional buildings, industrial projects, retail and medical facilities, multi- family residential and interiors for both the public and private sector. We attribute our success to being well-versed not only in current construction techniques, but also being equally proficient in delivering pre-construction services, including conceptual budgeting, cost analysis, value engineering, materials procurement, project coordination, and scheduling.

Our experienced staff has the ability to integrate the LEED® Administration and Project Management processes in order to provide fluid delivery with sustainable outcomes.
McCormick is comprised of four divisions: General Contracting; Pre-Construction; Construction Management and Design-Build. We also have a dedicated Consulting practice offering clients our expertise while creating a platform of thought leadership and an ability to give back to the industry we love.
