Adaptive re-use of an 86,000 SF bank operations building, including base building MEP systems and state of the art interiors. Plus a new 437 stall, five level, design/build parking structure and site improvements.
This project is located adjacent to the 91 Freeway and required extensive coordination with Cal Trans and the City of Riverside. Citrus Tower is a 132,000 square foot, six-story Class A office building. The project also includes a 4-level, 153,000 square foot subterranean parking garage designed for 453 stalls.
The project is the new construction of a 94,000 sf ambulatory care clinic addition consisting of a three-story structure with a reinforced concrete basement. In keeping with the hospital theme, composite precast architectural concrete, steel and aluminum window and curtain walls, and aluminum panels were used on the exterior.
